50kg Welding Positioner for Small Workpiece Circular Welding

Our 50kg welding positioner is compact rotary auxiliary welding equipment for small cylindrical and disc workpieces. It rotates workpieces steadily to finish circumferential welding, assembly and grinding.

Equipped with VFD stepless speed regulation and tilting table, it keeps welding seams horizontal for stable MIG, TIG and SAW welding. Compact layout saves workshop space, improves welding uniformity and eliminates safety hazards caused by manual workpiece flipping.

The 50kg welding positioner uses variable frequency motor and worm reducer to drive the worktable to rotate. The tiltable platform adjusts the workpiece angle to keep welding lines at horizontal position. Constant steady rotation realizes continuous automatic circular welding of light metal parts.
